This class is for beginners and those who used to row, but need a refresher. Our skilled coaches will work on fitness, safety, boat handling, and all aspects of the sport for athletes who used to row and want to get back into the sport. Must be over 18. Minimum of 4, maximum of 8 students per class. 8 classes, 2 hours each.
