- We do not sell or provide account information to third-party vendors or
marketers.
- Account information and registration data is provided
to the regatta hosts, timing software vendors, and National Governing Bodies
(e.g. USRowing) representing the events you have included in your account.
- All account information and registration data is subject to verification
by RegattaCentral and regatta staff by all means necessary including, but
not limited to email, telephone, and credit card verification. Account
privileges may be revoked due to misuse and/or misrepresentation.
- Users are provided the option to login and access this site using high
grade, 256bit SSL encryption. To do so, go to our homepage and click the
'secure' link in the login form.
- SSL services are provided by EquiFax®.
The certificate is viewable by clicking on the padlock in your browser after
accessing the site via our secure option.
- RegattaCentral
does not store
credit card information. All card information
is sent securely, directly from your browser to our merchant processor. To verify
the security of the credit card page, click "File | Properties" while
viewing the credit card form (accessible from your invoice). The pop-up window
will display encryption information and Equifax SSL Certificate.
- Refund policies are dictated by each specific regatta or rowing event. It
is the entrant's responsibility to contact the event host to inquire about and/or
request a refund.
- RegattaCentral supports and encourages the adoption of privacy standards and, accordingly, we are P3P compliant
