Facility User - Winter Gym Membership (Gym only)

Gym membership for the cold winter months. But if you want to add more to your workout, the Recreational Group meet for coached erg and circuit training sessions (Tues/Thurs evenings and Saturday mornings. Sign up for this under the November Indoor Rowing Program.

Junior Indoor Rowing Program Jan 1

Starts Jan 1st. The Junior Competitive Program is for athletes under 19 years old. The indoor program focuses on improving fitness & providing indoor rowing competition experience. Does not allow use of boats or on-water training. A commitment to the training program is required. Sport RCA/MRA fees & GST are included.
