Masters' Coached Row

Intermediate sculling is intended for rowers who have completed a learn-to-row class and would like to improve their technique and fitness through coached sessions.
Build fitness, develop technique and build community. Two class levels offered: Level 1 for new rowers who have just completed the learn-to-row class (or who never raced competitively), and Level 2 for technically proficient rowers with competition experience. The coaches are Jessi Hooper (former varsity rower and coach at SMU) and Luis Prado (former Mexican National Team and international competitor) This class meets 8 Wednesdays starting Jun 10. Minimum 6 persons for class to make. 6:30-8 am

June Learn to Row Clinic

Get on the water and learn the basics. This class is intended for beginners, no experience necessary.
This two-day class is designed to introduce those who are completely new to the sport of rowing to the essentials of sculling, including water safety, stroke mechanics and blade work. This class will be taught by Jessi Hooper (former varsity rower and SMU coach) and Luis Prado (former Mexican National Team Member and international competitor).

This class is offered the weekend of June 13-14 from 7-9 am.
