2020 High Performance Training Camp 5-week bundle
The objective for this camp is for our experienced rowers to continue to develop the technical skills required for competitive racing in both sculling and sweep rowing. In addition, erg technique, strength and endurance, fitness, and lifting technique will be incorporated into the class. You will have the opportunity to challenge yourself on and off the water while having lots of fun.
The high performance skills camp is for Level 1 and Level 2 rowers. Coaches will divide athletes into appropriate groups. Camp will run Monday- Friday 6:30 am- 8:30 am

Our coaching staff, along with guest assistant coaches, will lead the camps. This camp is designed for boys and girls new to the sport of rowing, those who have middle school rowing experience, and those who are looking to join the high school racing team in the fall of 2020.
Daily routines include rowing on the water, boat handling skills, and of course having fun learning the sport. This camp takes place rain or shine!
Camp dates are Monday-Friday 8:30 am-11:00 am.
