Chasing Excellence: Junior Coaches Rowing Conference - Boathouse Pass

Chasing Excellence Coaching Conference is back! The Conference will be taking place virtually on January 20 and is filled with sessions focused primarily on Junior Rowing all taught by some of the most experienced and successful coaches across many countries in the world. However, most of the presentations hold value across all levels of rowing. Additionally, there will be a slate of US Rowing presentations for Club Administrators & Board of Directors to help make connections in our quickly changing sport from insurance, finding/developing/hiring professional coaches, Safety & Safe Sport, among other topics. Tickets are $199 per person to attend or $499 for a Boathouse Pass. A Boathouse Pass allows up to 10 people in your boathouse (Coaches & Athletes) to tune in. Every Team/Club taking advantage of the boathouse pass must fill out the attendee form that shows up once registered. Scholarships through United We Row are available, and the application can be found HERE .

Once you have filled out this form and submitted payment, you will receive a welcome email from Sched.com. Within Sched, you will find the schedule, topics with descriptions, speakers (bios), any power points, and all links to the live sessions (and all links to recordings on YouTube post the live session). From there, you will build out your customized schedule. On January 20th, all session zoom links will appear within Sched.com 10 minutes before the session starts. Please click the link and you will then be in the live webinar. It will be impossible to attend all 22 sessions ‘live’ so please note, all registrants will continue to have access to all of them post-conference indefinitely.

We had hoped to host this in-person this year, but with it so expensive to travel these days, and the uncertainty of January weather in upstate NY, we decided we could create more accessibility virtually. The list of presenters & topics is incredible. Please enjoy.
