RegattaCentral is seeking a full-time Customer Support Representative to provide support to users, customers, and partners of RegattaCentral. Duties include responding to customer inquiries about our products and services, handling and resolving issues, and assisting with event registration. This position is available effective November 2018, located in Columbus, Ohio and offers career growth opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide concise, accurate, and complete responses to our customers by email and telephone
  • Learn the RegattaCentral systems (websites and apps) and become a subject matter expert on each in order to provide superior service to customers
  • Off-hours support may be required some evenings and weekends during busy season.
  • Work independently and collaborate with the RegattaCentral team members to test and implement future enhancements
  • Log issues into an internal tracking system, providing appropriate details to assist account managers,developers, and management with resolution
  • Protect customer and company information in accordance with RegattaCentral policy
  • Create and release company newsletters, feature updates, press releases, and content for social media platforms

Requirements

  • 1-4 years customer service related work experience
  • Strong computer skills with either Windows or Mac platforms including Word, Excel, and Gmail
  • Excellent communication skills and electronically organized
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, mainly Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram
  • Ability to analyze and prioritize work proactively in a fast paced environment with the ability to escalate,when necessary
  • Ability to multitask while keeping sense of urgency around incoming requests
  • Excellent time management and follow-through on outstanding issues/requests
  • Ability to articulate issues to team members to assist them in resolution

Ideal candidates will have experience in rowing, coxing, coaching, or club management
