4/21/2018 Update: There appears to be an issue with registration. I will be contacting RegattaCentral Monday morning to hopefully resolve. **This problem appears to have been resolved**
4/20/2018 Update: The first bullet in the Regatta package (linked below) is incorrect. It should read: "Weigh-ins will take place between 2:00 pm and 5:00 pm on Friday afternoon, and from 7:00 am to 10:00 am on Saturday morning"

Registration opens Friday, April 20th at 12:00 pm. Please see in the Regatta Package the information for a new event this year - the Hungerford Cup. Please note that the Rowing BC and Rowing Canada regatta fees are not included in the entry fee cost. When you register the Rowing Canada fee will be added to your total. I am waiting for assistance from Regatta Central to try and add the Rowing BC fee into the online registration.
Similar to previous years, we will try to run any time trials necessary for Saturday finals on Friday evening with heats for Saturday finals running on Saturday morning. After Saturday finals are complete, we will try to run the time trials to fill Sunday finals on Saturday evening with heats for Sunday finals running on Sunday morning.
We are currently working on allocating space for hospitality tents. At this time we can guarantee all clubs at least a 10'x20' space. Please have a contact with your club or school contact Colin Mattock at firstname.lastname@example.org to book a spot at no cost before May 1, 2018. After that time and if space is available, we will take requests for additional tent space at a cost of $10 per tent leg. Notification of available spaces will be made May 2, and requests will be taken starting at 12:00 am May 3.
As with the other clubs and schools working with Regatta Central for the first time, I appreciate your patience as I work with the new system. Similar to Brentwood, we will use Regattadata to run the regatta. I look forward to seeing everyone in May,
