Note: Crews racing down in a multi-age category will have their handicaps adjusted to equal that of the oldest crew in the designated age category span.
Please pay for your races if you have outstanding balances.
Having problems paying? RC is aware that it has some glitches with the payment process.
It is likely not your card, but even though that is a relief, that doesn't help. There are 3 options that can likely resolve the problem:
1. call RC customer support (614)360 - 2922 and they can take the payment over the phone. Note: this only apllies 9am-5pm EST.
2. use a different credit card. This has worked for several frustrated registrants.
3. are you using Internet Explorer? Try using Google Chrome to acces the internet instead.
Parking in the park is going to be a tight squeeze!
Please car pool wherever possible. We’ll squeeze in as many cars as we can and have arranged for some off-site parking at the Delta Town and Country Inn and a complementary shuttle bus to take you back and forth to the venue. The bus will run between 6:00 and 8:00 both Saturday and Sunday mornings and return you between 6:00 and 8:00 pm Saturday evening and between 4:00 and 6:00 pm Sunday evening. This is a great option for those staying at the Inn.
There is a $5 per day fee for parking but the bus is free.
It’s a fair walk along the dike, about 3km, but an easy cycle Click here for a map.
Thank you for your understanding.

RCA Seat Fees:
A $3.25 Cdn per seat per race event will be added to the above rates and collected by Regatta Central on behalf of Rowing Canada at the time of registration.
All athletes participating in Canadian regattas will be charged this fee including coxswains. This fee covers the development of event infrastructure including online registration and insurance and supports domestic programs like umpire education and training.
Rowing BC athlete fees are paid by the Regatta.
Coxswains may be of either gender. Age classification for coxswains will not apply at this regatta.
The minimum weight of a coxswain wearing a racing uniform, shall be 55 kilograms. If under the minimum weight, a coxswain shall carry deadweight to make up the difference between the weight of the coxswain and the minimum required weight.
A test scale will be available to coxswains during the hours the course is open for training and racing in addition to the official weigh-in times designated by the regatta.
