On behalf of the Royal Canadian Henley Commission, I would like to welcome you to the 134th Royal Canadian Henley Regatta, which will take place July 31 - August 7 2016. We are excited to have you attend another historic year of racing and competition!

I would like to take this opportunity to outline some significant updates to our Rules, Regulations & Policies.

There are three new RCHR Policies which will impact the Registration process, entries fees and entries. We strongly recommend you review these Policies as they will impact your registration process.

There have been significant changes to the Henley Masters Regatta:

• all new events;
• coxswains are now permitted to cox BOTH Henley and Henley Masters;
• coxswains must weigh-in
• fixed finals times;
• event caps;
• Henley Handicap System (HHS);
• the inclusion of the Club Eligibility Roster submission deadline rule (subject to Schedule B fees)

There will be an increase in the Entry Fees for the 134th RCHR.

These changes are the result of much planning, consideration, and continuous evaluation by our partners, committees and the Regatta Commission. We remain committed to offering the best experience for all competitors, coaches, spectators and volunteers. Thank you for your continued support and participation in the regatta!
