Head of the Raritan Regatta

Join us on Sunday, 18th of October for the 3.8 km Rising Tide Waterfront Solutions Head of the Raritan Regatta. This small-boat masters regatta is sure to challenge even the most seasoned rowers on the historic Raritan River in Middlesex County, New Jersey. The regatta begins at the Albany Street Bridge in the heart of historic downtown New Brunswick, NJ and ends 3800m downstream south in Edison, NJ. 

This event is sure to become a fall rowing classic!

Course:
A processional 'head' race of 3.8 km wherein teams row against the clock, leaving the starting gate every 60 seconds. Launch from Donaldson Park, row north to Amtrak bridge and check-in with Marshall. Race south from Albany Street Bridge to NJ Turnpike Bridge. 
 
Eligibility:


Open to all rowers, hotshots and novices, in racing singles, doubles, or pairs. 

Age in 2x & 2- Is sum-age of crew.

Method of Start:
Racing begins at 09:30
 
Launching:
Boat launching facilities from Donaldson Park are limited. Please allow time to ensure your arrival at the starting line on time.
