It's time for...Desert Sprints Regatta 2024!
2023 was a great welcome back to racing in Tempe, Arizona. We look forward to having you join us in 2024! With our fully buoyed Albano racecourse, it's an ideal way to get accurate times and fair racing to assess your early season speed.
What's new for 2024?
- We will offer juniors and masters racing, 6 lanes across at 1000m with stake boats.
- Finish line will now have a horn that beeps for all boats crossing the line.
- Masters will now have a mixed 4+ option!
LOCAL RULES
- Local rule: boats late to the start of their event will be assessed a 10 second penalty.
- Local rule: You must beat someone to get a medal.
- Local rule: Boats warming up past the Rural Bridge will not be hunted down to make their race time. Please bring a watch.
