Waivers:
Each athlete must have on file a signed waiver.  An online waiver is available on the RegattaCentral website.

Deadlines & Costs:
Registration opens on December 18, 2023.

Early registration is considered the timeframe on or before January 20, 2024.  During early registration the cost per athlete is $30 (regardless of the number of events registered) with an organizational registration fee cap of $700.00.  Processing fees may apply.

Late registration is the timeframe after January 20, 2024 up until race day.  During late registration the cost per (new) athlete is $35 and the organizational fee cap increases to $800.00.    Processing fees may apply.  Walk-in registrations will be accepted and accommodated.  Seatings will be done as best as possible but perhaps not optimal.

Erg Sales:
All ergs will be sold by the end of the day of the race. The Model 'D', with C2`s newest PM5 performance monitor, will be sold for $915.00 each, 'out the door' plus 7% sales tax. Orders of (3) three or more machines will be at $900.00 each plus 7% sales tax (up to $5000, 6% for amounts over $5000). Tax exempt organizations need to present a current tax exempt certification with their tax exempt ID. Email copy to [email protected] or come with a copy in hand for presentation at the time of purchase.
