4/24/2025 LTWT Weigh-in window

In the coaches info the weigh in window is from 8am till 10am. Our first LTWT race which is the men's ltwt 2x goes off at 8:54am & 9:00am. The womens LTWT 4+ goes off at 10:54 & 11am. I will open the weigh-in window at 7:15am at the Vista Deck in Cuthbert trailer parking lot.for these 2 events. The Womens LTWT 2x goes off at 2:08pm & Mens LTWT 4+ goes off at 3:02pm they can weigh-in right after the first 2 events are complete.

4/21/2025 Boat Trailer Parking.

If you are not bringing your trailer on Friday 4/25/2025 the gate to the parking lot will open at 5:30am Saturday morning.

4/21/2025 Team Chuckwagons

Camden County Parks has just advised us that chuckwagons can not stay overnight (friday 4/25/2025) in the parking lot. They can however be parked on North Park Drive until saturday morning at your own risk! The entrance to the parking lot will open at 6:00am Saturday morning.

4/18/2025 Team Tents

Team tents can be setup on Friday 4/25/2025 after 1:00pm in the approved and marked out areas to the right of the finish line. Tents that are setup on Friday must be left collapsed overnight. If you are arriving on Saturday you may access the team tent area starting at 6:00am.

It’s very important that gas grills are not set up inside of your tent!

Chuckwagons can be parked on North Park Drive Friday night at your own risk!  If you are attending the Cooper Cup on Sunday your Team tents may stay on site at your own risk! Chuckwagons will have to be moved to North Park Drive for the overnight!

4/17/2025 Trailer Parking 

The "Gate" to the parking lot will be open from 8am to 8pm on Friday 4/25/2025. If you arrive before or after the times listed you will need to park on Park Blvd until the gate re-opens.

Trailer parking will be tight.  Please be considerate of other teams. Trailers must be parked in line with space around them. 
Please follow the instructions of those directing the parking of trailers.  Teams racing Saturday AND Sunday must park in a designated area of the trailer parking lot.

The first trailers to arrive should back up to the walkway along North Park Dr.  and continue to pull in next to each other going around the perimeter.  Once we bring the trailers all the way around we will back trailers into place in front of those on the perimeter.  Please leave about 12 feet side to side and enough room back to front to get your boats out of the center racks.  

Once your trailer is parked, the truck must move out of the parking area.

Launch Drivers; they drive the referee's and follow the races.

Stake boat holders, they are at the starting line and hold the boats for the start.

Help needed to run the regatta!

We need your Help to run “The Garden State Scholastic Championship Regatta”, please use the link below to sign up to help!!!

These are the areas in which we need your help.

• Launch drivers:  familiarity with outboard and wakeless launches is required
• Stake boats
• Finish line coordinators
• Finish line tower flag bearers
• Dock masters

This years regatta is not a USRowing Registered Regatta.

The regatta is being insured by John Lenoard Insurance Group.

Insurance

Please supply a Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming Garden State Scholastic Rowing Association, 14 Royal Avenue, Egg Harbor Township, NJ 08234 as additional insured.

Waivers

Please have your Athletes/Parents fill out a waiver. The form can be found by click on compliance in the registration section on the left. The waiver must be completed for the athlete to row in the regatta.

Rosters

Please supply A team roster by 04/15/2025. Since 04/15/2025 is the roster deadline for the SRAA regatta, you can submit the SRAA roster to the Garden State regatta. email rosters to [email protected].
