The 2015 Wesley Davids Memorial Championship Regatta (formerly, The Ohio Governor's Cup Regatta) will accept registrations until noon on Monday, April 20th. Late entries will be accepted only on a case by case basis, with a $50 late fee.

All races will be run as heats to finals. Medals awarded to top three.

Entry fees are to be paid by April 20th at noon. Teams unpaid will not have their boats seeded.  

Coaches will also need to distribute their Club Access Code, which is provided by USRowing to the club administrator.

Teams wanting to practice on Saturday may do so only AFTER 4:30pm. Trailers may park just south of Fishinger Bridge and may only move north AFTER 4:30pm. Food trailers are also not permitted north of Fishinger before 4:30pm. 
 
Tent space is first come, first serve. 
 
As far as progression to finals, the heat sheet accurately reflects how lane assignments will be assigned.  The only correction is as follows:
 
For races with 4 heats, the fastest time from each heat advances along with the next two fastest times
For races with 5 heats, the fastest time from each heat advances along wtth the nexst fastest time
