The Head of the Housatonic Regatta takes place on October 8, 2016, at Indian Well State Park in Shelton, CT. We're looking forward to hosting thousands of athletes and guests again this year. To make the experience safe and enjoyable for all, please take note of these important regatta rules:
- There is NO regatta parking for the general public at Indian Well State Park. The ONLY vehicles permitted into the park are boat trailers, team buses, and cars that have authorized 2016 regatta parking passes. ALL OTHER VEHICLES MUST PARK AT OUR OFFSITE LOCATION AND USE OUR FREE SHUTTLE BUS SERVICE TO GET TO INDIAN WELL STATE PARK. NO DROP-OFFS ARE PERMITTED AT INDIAN WELL STATE PARK FOR SAFETY REASONS. Details about parking are on the regatta website.
- For safety reasons we do NOT permit the use of drones at the regatta. Any program found using a drone will be barred from the regatta in future years.
- The park will be very crowded and not everyone likes dogs. We strongly encourage you to leave Rover at home.
