Schedule adjustment 

  • Event #15: Men's U17 4x has been moved back to 12:00pm (original time 10:50am)
  • Check the event list for the adjusted times of events.

Middle school events:

  • U15 8+ (2,000 meters)
  • U15 4x (2,000 meters)
  • U15, U13, U11, U9 1x (1,000 meters)

 

All participants receive this year's American Youth Cup event t-shirt with paid registration.

In appreciation for your time and commitment, volunteers receive a complimentary event t-shirt and lunch.

 

Friday practice & trailer drop off: teams are encouraged to drop off trailers starting at noon on Friday (3/24). Contact regattaDirector@sarsotacrew.org to coordinate your drop off. The launch docks will be open from 3:30pm-6:45pm. All boats must be off the water by 7:30pm.

Reminder: All non tow vehicles must remain on paved road or in the general parking area. Parents picking up athletes cannot drive into the boat area. 

Saturday 

  • Gates open at 6:30am 
  • Coaches & Coxswains meeting 7:30am in front of grandstands
  • Launch docks open following 7:45am 
  • Racing begins at 8:30am 
  • Any cars dropping off athletes must do so in the drop off loop near the entrance of the park unless they plan to pay the $5 for general parking. 
  • Teams must provide their own bow numbers - only rectangular bow cards are allowed 

 

Team Tents: SANCA mandates that any tent larger than two combined 10x10 EZ set up tents (one 10'x20' not allowed) must meet specific safety standards regarding fire and wind load. In order to ensure that these requirements are met, larger tents are required to be rented through SANCA and installed by the SANCA approved tent contractor.
