Entry fees are $12.50 per athlete. Late entries (after Wednesday, January 31) are $20 per athlete and must be made directly through Brent Duncan (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Only ONE entry form per club/organization will be accepted. Payment must be made as a whole for each club.
Scratches are non-refundable after the entry deadline (January 31).
Payment can be made online by Credit Card during registration or by cash/cheque (payable to St. George’s School Rowing).
Racing will begin 8:30 am on Saturday morning.
Weigh-ins open at 7:00am and are available throughout the day. As per our Rules & Eligibility page, each athlete has a one-hour weigh-in window that begins two hours before their race, and ends one hour before.
Events are generally scheduled every 15 minutes - check back on Friday, February 2 for the final race day schedule.
Spectators can watch from the north bleachers in Dixon Gym and will be able to see the live race scores projected onto a screen in front of the athletes.
Race results will be updated throughout the day on RegattaCentral
Awards will be presented each hour by our emcee. Top 3 finishers (minimum 7 entries) will receive event shirts. Categories with less than 7 entries, only the top finisher will receive a t-shirt.
Based on its popularity last year, we will hold the Parent-Child relay once again. This will be a 1000m relay where each parent and each child will complete ~500m (transitioning during the race).
There will be a concession organized by the St. George's parents throughout the day providing healthy race food and spectator snacks.
