Preliminary Schedule
As it looks like this year's regatta will be quite a bit larger than previous years, we are still working on a preliminary schedule. The Coaches and Coxswains Meeting will be at 7:00 AM with the first race of the day scheduled for 8:15 AM. As in past years, we will run heats in the morning, followed by grand and petite finals in the afternoon. Any final-only events will just be run in the afternoon. 
 
As soon as a good number of entries are set up in RegattaCentral, we should be able to put together a more accurate preliminary schedule, which will be posted here:  http://www.illinirowing.com/events/icri/competitors/preliminary-schedule/

Safety/Official Launches
With the increase in size and incorporation of USRowing officials, we also want to make sure that everything is run as safely as possible. We would like to work with three sets of referee/safety launches following each race plus a few extra safety marshals along the warm-up area. In order to do this, we are looking to see if anyone may be able to bring down a launch and/or outboard motor for the day (or weekend). An additional 3-4 working launches beyond what we currently have would be ideal. We will be offering a $50 credit toward entry fees per borrowed launch/motor combo.
