The North Jersey Virtual Scrimmage Series is an unofficial, optional, virtual regatta series intended to help NJ junior rowers stay motivated during the season of COVID-19.
4 "races" will be held with results published 4/5, 4/19, 5/3, and 5/17.
Anyone can enter for free, racing in either 1500m or 500m dash events.
Athletes row an ergometer piece at any time prior to "race day" and submit results to their coach.
Coaches upload results. Team boat results are averaged across the athletes in the boat.
Medals (bragging rights) are given for each race.
We will also be awarding the "Totes Bummer Cup," a points trophy across the regatta series.
