2024 Invoice Process

After the standard registration period closes, a standard entry fee invoice will be sent to each team at 6:00 a.m. EDT the following day. Each team has 24 hours to pay the standard registration invoice. 

After the late registration period closes, a late entry fee invoice will be sent at 6:00 a.m. EDT the next day, exclusively listing the late entries submitted. Each team has 24 hours to pay the late registration invoice. 

Each team must meet the stated deadline to pay their entry fees during each registration period, or they may not be allowed to race.  

All crews/teams, both unaffiliated and those representing an organization, with an outstanding balance will not be allowed to compete at a USRowing owned or sanctioned regatta until the balance is paid in full.
