Attention Coaches and School Administrators: I am anticipating the volume of coaches/school administrators who wish to participate in the previously announces WhatsApp communications group will exceed it’s threshold.

Therefore, the regatta organisers have made the decision to use the automated distribution of results & progressions which is built into the regatta management database. Results and Progressions will be delivered vie email .pdf attachment in a timely manner to all those who choose to receive.

In order to receive automated Results & Progressions, please ensure that Coaches and School Administrators contact information is entered in your Regatta Central accounts AND assigned to the associated entry. This will ensure the following:

• Contact information will be added to the results & progressions distribution list
• Once entered it will ensure you receive a coaches wristband for the event
• Contact for emergency/medical situations

Please note: printed daily race schedules/programs will not be distributed in volume to each registered coach. Each registered school will be able to pick up their daily/program in the Regatta Office located in the Neil Campbell Rowing Centre prior to each day of racing.

REMINDER: As part of the registration of crews for the 2023 CSSRA Championships each team MUST complete the registration questions. Those individuals that fill out the entry system are confirming that they have read all the rules and regulations and notices.

This year we will be using the WhatsApp phone app to communicate with teams so we will need the contact name and cell number of the person that you want us to send messages to if you want to be notified of any regatta information during the weekend.
