Conditions: 38 - 46 degrees Cloudy, light rain, then partly cloudy. Winds were straight out of the west.
(Headwind.) Winds were 8mph for the Time Trial then building to 16mph for the 8's Finals. Fours format the
water was rough due to a 18-20mph quartering headwind out of the WNW.
