Final results for the Desert Sprints

Weather: Overcast, approx. 50-58 degrees, flat water, headwind between 0-8 mph most of day. 2000m (junior/collegiate/open) and 1000m races (masters).

The new 6-lane Albano race course, one of just a half-dozen such courses in the West, was a major hit at the 2013 Desert Sprints Regatta as crews got their first test of spring speed. More than 500 junior, collegiate and masters competitors took oars in hand over the course of a long racing day that ran nearly dawn to dusk. Visiting crews came from California, Washington, Oregon, Utah, Illinois and Ontario, Canada.

Please ignore the points column in the results file.  The actual overall junior points trophy for men and women was awarded to SDRC.  The Arizona Jr Trophy was awarded to Brophy for the men's trophy and TJC for the women's trophy.  Congratulations to all of the rowers for a great day.
