The Speakmon is held on Griggs Reservoir in Columbus, Oh. This beautiful, sheltered river is lined by city parks and private homes. Check back soon for maps and a coxswain's video guide to the course!
Parking is approximately 2 miles away, with buses running to the venue on a continuous circuit. Limited handicapped parking is available next to the venue, with handicapped parking permit required.
Food and drink will be available for purchase onsite through the Columbus Food Truck Association.
The entrance to the public parking is 40 ° 0’25” N, 83° 5’1” W
The entrance to the trailer parking is 40 ° 1’33” N, 83° 5’28” W
The actual trailer parking is 40 ° 1’37” N, 83° 5’35” W
Regatta headquarters is at 40 ° 1’57” N, 83° 5’34” W. This is where you will likely set up your team “camp” as well. Trailers that arrive on Friday can camp along the east side of the road in the “camp” area, as long as two wheels of the trailer are in the grass and two wheels are on the pavement. But it MUST be on the east/right side of the road.
