The Broad River Sculls will be held at Richland County Rowing Center on the Broad River in Columbia, SC, where I-20 crosses the river. Races will start above the I-20 bridge and finish just downstream of the rowing center dock where spectators can watch. Access to the site is from 1871 Omarest Drive, Columbia, SC 29210.
