NOTE:  Boat and equipment trailers MUST access the park, via Guild street. (Boat Launch # 2.)  These vehicles will be allowed access to the HQ area Friday afternoon and from 6am to 7am Saturday morning.   No vehicle access to HQ and team tent location after 7am.

Boat Trailers
Boat trailers may be dropped off anytime between 2:00pm and 7pm on Friday and Saturday morning from 6am to 7am. Boat trailers, equipment trailers and tow vehicles must enter the park at Guild St (Boat launch # 2)  and proceed to the staging area for team tents, boats etc.   Equipment must be unloaded and vehicles are to proceed South to the Knapp St parking area to exit the park. (boat launch # 1. )   Regatta staff will give out parking passes for trailers (1 shell trailer and 1 utility trailer pass per team) at the regatta and vehicles car-topping equipment.

Team Tents
Please note that no tents will be allowed to be set up until 12:00pm on Friday.   Trailers with team tents should enter at Guild St (boat launch #2) and drop equipment.   Vehicles will then exit to the Knapp St Parking area by boat launch # 1.

Food Delivery
Vehicle access for food delivery is 6am to 7am.   After 7am Please let your parents know that they will be able to drive to the athlete turn around area, drop off there food, but then they must exit the turn around are for parking.   It is a 250m walk from this drop off location.

Parking
Parking is at a premium.  Please instruct athletes to park at the site for athlete parking.    All team buses should enter the park at boat launch # 3, which is at the North end of the park   We will have a designated parking area for buses.   Spectator parking will be via Guild St (boat launch # 2); with overflow parking at the North end of the park at boat launch # 3.


Headquarters will open at 7:00am for registration and LWT weigh in.
