The Festival Regatta is held each year on the beautiful Merrimack River in Lowell Massachusetts. The regatta is organized and run by the Merrimack River Rowing Association (MRRA) and event headquarters is the Bellegarde Boathouse located in Lowell Heritage State Park at 500 Pawtucket Blvd, Lowell, MA. The surrounding state park makes this regatta an excellent viewing experience, and the wide slow-moving river provides for exceptional racing conditions.
