The 26.2-mile course will pass all four of Chicago’s city boathouses, starting in Bridgeport at the Eleanor St. Boathouse, designed by famed architecture firm Studio Gang. The course continues north past Ping Tom Park’s kayaking boathouse, through the Loop, east toward the locks, spinning near the locks and near the Marine Police Station (former rowing boathouse) then heading west to Wolf Point and north past Goose Island (and CRF’s floating boathouses), past Clark Park’s boathouse, spinning at Albany Park’s kayaking boathouse and returning south to Bridgeport.
