                If your athletes have submitted the FSRA - NOARA Waiver after 3/1/2011 they are covered and do not need to re-submit the waiver.

                If your athletes have not submitted a FSRA - NOARA Waiver since 3/1/2011 they need to submit one and can follow this link to complete
