Individual and Unaffiliated USRowing members and Non-USRowing members may alternatively submit a paper waiver. If you prefer to submit a paper waiver or are unable to submit an online waiver, you can obtain a waiver form at: http://www.usrowing.org/Libraries/Waivers_and_Forms/2013_USRowing_Waiver.sflb.ashx . Please print, sign and submit a paper waiver to North Allegheny Rowing at the following address: Attn: NARA, PO Box 437, Wexford PA 15090 ?Waivers must be received at the above address no later than 2/22/13. Please bring a copy of your waiver to the event if you have not signed an on-line waiver or sent it in time to be received by the above date.
