ORRA strives to have a smooth and fast registration process. To that end, ORRA partners with RegattaCentral to manage our regattas. One of the biggest frustrations with the registration process is WAIVERS. We have a liability responsibility to verify all participants have a current waiver and we do that through our RegattaCentral portal. All too frequently, this is a source of frustration for both our visiting organizations and our registration team.
The issue (98% of the time): there are multiple USRowing waivers for the athlete/participant
The solution: Use USRowing’s roster management to clean up and verify all athletes BEFORE attending a USRowing regatta.
