All competitors must have a current USRowing waiver and membership. Rowers and coxswains belonging to clubs with USRowing organizational membership, must be “basic” or “champ” members of USRowing. Competitors rowing as “unaffiliated” or for a club without organizational membership, must be “champ” members of USRowing.
