High School Rowing - Lagoon

The High School Rowing team will practice out of the Lincoln Park Boat House on the Lincoln Park rowing lagoon. Athletes will train in both sculling and sweep rowing. Training will include on-land workouts on ergometers and weight lifting.

Practice out of the Eleanor St. Boathouse in Bridgeport. Practice includes both sweep rowing and sculling. This team trains competitively and competes in all major local and national regattas.
