Development Rowing

Winter Training [Middle School & Development]

This program is intended for our middle school and developing rowers who want to engage in indoor rowing activities during the winter months. This group will be twice per week on Tuesdays and Thursdays (6:00-7:30 PM) at Overpeck Park near the soccer field.

Developing Rowers Program

This program is intended for high school rowers with less than one year of rowing experience. At least one Developing Rowers season is required before a rower can be invited to the Competitive Rowers Team. Registrants will learn how to row a single.
