Steve Gladstone - Selection: How to Select the Best Team and Lineup
Steve Gladstone, Yale’s Craig W. Johnson '68 Head Coach, was already regarded as one of the premier rowing coaches in the United States when he took over the Yale heavyweight crew in 2010. Yale Heavyweight Crew has risen to unprecedented heights under his leadership. The legendary coach will present on how he approaches building his Yale team and also will take time to discuss how he creates his lineups.

Liz Fusco, MS, RDN is an endurance sports dietitian based in San Diego, California. Liz worked with the USOPC during the preparation and execution of the Rio 2016 Olympic Games. She is the performance dietitian for USRowing National Team programs and consults with USA BMX, track cycling and triathlon. In this webinar, Liz will discuss nutrition and immune function and how to stay healthy at home.
