Level I is open to all. There are no pre-requisites.Level II is open to anyone who has held a Level I certificate for 6 months or has been coaching for more than a year and understands the basics of the rowing stroke, rigging, basic physiology, training plans and safety.Level III is open to anybody who has held a Level II certificate for 1 year or who has 5 years of coaching experience.Advanced Coaching is open to anyone.If you sign up for Level I, II, III or the Advanced program, your one fee covers everything offered over the three days at the convention (except any activities offered by the local organizing committee) and you don't have to pay for General Registration.
