SARASOTA  is a great place to spend the weekend.  Part of the Cultural Coast, you can find excellent theater, museums such as the Ringling Museum, shopping on St. Armand's, and of course our famously beautiful beaches including the sugar white sands of Siesta Key and beyond.  Please visit the Sarasota Convention & Visitors Bureau at  www.sarasotafl.org  to plan your trip!

DINING  Sarasota and Her Islands are also known for world-class restaurants that you'll no doubt want to try while visiting.   There are more Zagat-rated restaurants within a 20-mile radius of Sarasota than anywhere else in Florida.   There are also plenty of great family friendly restaurants in the area.  So whatever your palate desires while on your visit, you will find it in beautiful Sarasota.  Please visit the Sarasota Dining Guide on the Food & Dining Tab to the lower left.

The Sarasota Convention & Visitors Bureau will have a tent on site during the regatta with information about Sarasota, its restaurants, and other activities to enjoy while here.
