BOAT TRAILERS and boats:
Our docks will be at a different location this year. We have four docks that will all be staged NORTH of the BOAT RAMP LOT on a five acre sandbar/penninsula. You are welcome to store your boats on the penninsula or on the grassy field just NORTH of the BOAT RAMP LOT. The BOAT RAMP LOT is the lot just north of the Walnut street lot. We recommend that boat trailers use that lot first (it's closer to the docks). Any overflow boat trailers will park in the original Walnut Street lot. PLEASE PARK TRAILERS NO MORE THAN 8 FT APART. There will be regatta staff to assist you. All boat prep and rigging must be done on the grass or penninusula - not on the parking lots.
Buses:
Buses will pull up curbside just north of the Walnut Street lot and unload. Bus drivers may then proceed north and either park curbside (on Sunbury Rd pass Marlene) or to Windsor Bay shopping center.
Food Trailers:
Food Trailers will park in the south end of the Walnut Street Lot. There will also be curbside spaces available for overflow. The Team Tent area is still the same.
Spectator Parking:
The parking lot (Upper and Lower Dam lots) at Smoke Burr are the official spectator parking lots. We will have two shuttle vans running from 6:00am until 5:00pm. Spectators may also park curbside on the WEST side of Sunbury Road. The east side will be resevered for rower/equipment drop off, food trailers, car-top boats and buses. There will be NO spectator parking on the east side of Sunbury Rd.
Handicap Parking: Please inform any one that is handicap to park at the upper (or lower) dam parking lot - at Sunbury and Smoke Burr. Our shuttle vans will pick them up aty their car and will drop them at the parking lot at Walnut St.
