The Winnipeg is proud to host the NWIRA Championship Regatta on the Red River in the beautiful city of Winnipeg.The two-day competition includes events for men and women in the Junior, Open and Master category.Except for dashes, all events are 2000 meters on a fully buoyed six-lane course.The regatta is open to all US and Canadian rowing clubs.See regatta information packet for more details.

UPDATE AS OF JULY 30, 2010

To ensure safe rowing condition and fair play, the 2010 NWIRA Championship Regatta scheduled for August 13 and 14 has moved to Rabbit Lake in Kenora.

Schedule of Events for August 13 and 14 will not change.  The course is 2000 meters long and dashes are 400 meters.

Due to regatta site change, NWIRA extended the deadline for submitting or updating entries for the 2010 NWIRA Championship Regatta to Tuesday, August 3, 2010 (Midnight PST).

As requested by several clubs, NWIRA has extended the deadline for submitting or updating entries for the 2010 NWIRA Championship Regatta to Friday, August 6, 2010 (Midnight PST).
