Participants,

Thank you for being patient. Since the status of our regatta depends on the university's facilities, we rely on them to let us know whether the university will be open or closed. At this moment, the university will be open tomorrow.

The first event at Erg Rodeo will begin at 12:00 p.m. (noon) instead of 8:00 a.m. As a result, the following times represent each category. 

Masters: 12:00 p.m.-1:00 p.m.

Masters/Open Adaptive: 1:00 p.m.-1:45 p.m.

Open/Collegiate: 1:45 p.m.-4:00 p.m.

Juniors: 4:00 p.m.-6:15 p.m.

Special Olympics: 6:15 p.m.-6:45 p.m.

Relays: 6:45 p.m.-7:15 p.m.

A detailed heat sheet with exact times will be posted in the morning, yet it's advisable to show up 30-45 minutes before your category. However, there should be plenty of time in the morning to plan accordingly.

To those of you traveling outside of Austin, please exercise caution. If you find that the roads can't be traveled due to ice or snow, don't risk it. We will get you a full refund.
