Blue & Burgundy Youth Regatta

  • Hosted By: Great Miami Rowing Center
  • 2016 Registered Regatta
Vendor Setup Information
All the vendors will be staged on the High Street bridge in Historic Downtown Hamilton. Two lanes of west-bound traffic will be closed off for the vendors, the competition boats will be located on the west side of the river near the Great Miami Rowing Center, and the teams will set up their camp sites on the east side of the river near the Courtyard Marriott.  This means that the rowers and their families will be walking from the east to west sides across the bridge all day.

Please use this information as a guide for setting up and planning your day.

Setup
The tables and chairs will be set up Friday evening, however, the streets will not be closed until Saturday morning.  While we do have security over night, I would not suggest leaving anything important there overnight.  Feel free to stop by and locate your table Friday night, it will have a paper with your business name listed on it.

The tables will be on the sidewalk on Friday night, but will be moved into the first lane of traffic once the streets are closed.  The sidewalk will remain open to pedestrian traffic and race spectators.

Each vendor area will be stocked with one table, two chairs, and a table cloth.  We do have extra tables and chairs so please let me know if you'd like some extras.  This event will happen rain or shine!  Please remember to bring your own pop-up tent and protective gear.  There is plenty of space for everyone so if you need to spread out further, let me know and we'll make it happen.

Parking & Parking Passes
The furthest south lane of traffic (2nd from the sidewalk) will be reserved for vendor parking.  This means you will be able to load, unload, and access your car throughout the day.  Please be courteous and do not park in front of another vendor's booth without their permission.

The two lanes of traffic will be closed all the way to B Street.  Overflow vendor parking will be beyond the vendor area in the right hand lane at an angle.

While we believe there will be ample parking for vendors, we will be passing out parking passes.  If we run out of parking, we will begin towing unauthorized vehicles (those without a parking pass).  Passes will be available at the GMRC Concessions Tent so pick yours up when you arrive.
