The Portland Fall Classic is relocating for 2011 to Vancouver Lake, Washington.
This one year relocation is due to the construction of a new bridge in downtown Portland. The bridge construction is at the 2500 meter point of our race course. See photos at Tri-Met. In addition, staging for the construction is taking over some of the parking lots we use for trailers, buses and cars.
We will offer the same high quality head race experience that participants have come to expect. Racing in 8+'s, 4+'s , 4x's and 2x's will be available for junior, college and masters rowers. Pairs for college rowers. Novice junior sweep rowers will race a 3200 meter course.
