Team Tent Space Reservation

The Indianapolis Rowing Center (IRC) is offering the following options for team tent space for the USRowing Club National Championship Regatta.
Team tents must be placed in designated areas as permitted by the LOC. The team tent areas are within easy walking distance of boat storage, launch docks, vendors and waterfront.
A guaranteed team tent space is available for $50.00 and will be assigned by IRC in the order in which reservations are received. IRC will attempt to provide all teams that reserve space with waterfront viewing but it is not guaranteed. Each team will be provided an approximate 15'x15' space within the team tent area.
A no-cost team tent placement for remaining available spaces is based on a first come - first served basis. Waterfront space is not guaranteed. Teams that go with this option must check in with IRC at registration prior to tent placement. Walk-up tent space is limited to 15 by 15 feet.
Teams that make a tent reservation will be allowed to store one food/support trailer no larger than 10'x10' in the team tent area at an additional cost of $25.Teams that do not make tent reservations risk the possibility that their food/support trailer will be parked far from the main venue.
There will be a designated drop-off and pick-up area near the team tent area for the duration of the regatta.Teams are allowed to unload vehicles in this designated area. In periods of heavy traffic, there is a maximum unloading time limit of five minutes, which will be strictly enforced.
