The Regatta venue will be held on the inner harbor of Sturgeon Bay. The race course will be a 1000m course which is located between the Highway 57 Bridge and the Oregon St. Bridge, along the eastern banks of the inner harbor. Contestants will launch and retrieve their boats from the designated launch and retrieve area on Memorial Drive. The Regatta practice area will be located north of the Highway 57 Bridge along the western banks of the inner harbor (see map, below). Spectators will have a spectacular view of the whole race from the public lands along Memorial Drive (see map, below). An official’s tent will be set up on the Memorial Drive beachfront. This tent will serve as the Regatta administrative area, and will be the point of arrival check in.
