Coach John Bancheri has confirmed he is bringing his Grand Valley State University Crew to the Frostbite Regatta. John was instrumental in founding the Frostbite Regatta 20 years ago. Check the Entries list for status.
There have been a couple of calls regarding the status of the water level in the River, we're good, the river is full and flowing over the dam. There may be some confusion due to the larger Arkansas River having been lowered for work in Wichita but that does not affect the Frostbite race course.
One (or more) of our Event Official's will be conducting an Officials clinic for any interested Coaches Coswains, Rowers Parents or Volunteeres on Saturday Evening at the Hyatt Regnecy Hotel www.wichita.hyatt.com. The clinic will be in the Business Plan Lounge starting at 7:30 pm. Please contact the regatta host if you plan to attend with the link below.
