Happy Holidays to all and look forward to the Winter indoor season of racing.

On January 29, 2012 Port Rowing is hosting its first Indoor regatta of the 2012 season and kicking it off with Olympic Gold medallist Jason Read. The Regatta will be held at the Schreiber High School Gymnasium in Port Washington, NY. The event will award medals to the top three competitors in each event, as well as, an overall Team Points Trophy (top 5 finishers receive points for their respected teams). The events will include: Under 14 years, coxswains, lightweight novice & varsity, heavyweight novice & varsity, open, master’s, and relay. The Gold Coast Classic will begin at 8 am with the first heat starting at 9am sharp.
