Weigh ins 730-815 Sunday morning Oct 7th

Attention Coaches FOR HIGH SCHOOLS - OCT 7TH - WE ARE REINSTATING the lightweight 8's for boys and girls and light weight 4's for boys and girls - we will extend registration until MONDAY OCT 1st at MIDNIGHT - sorry for any inconvinience - these races will follow the 2nd 8's and 2nd fours and be ahead of the frosh/nov races

Note to High School clubs ----

Witht he exception of Mercy High School and McQuaid - all hospitality tents are to be set up on the Monroe County Park side of the river across from the Boat house - OR to the west of the parking lots under the trees in the Genesee valley parks.

No tents are to be set up in the trailer area or in conflict with boathouses/boat traffic to the water.

My understanding is that last year maybe 2-3 clubs were not aware of this requriement -

There are too many high school trailers and boats to accomodate food tents on the baseball diamond or laong boat house and launching docks thank you -

There is ample time during the day for the rowers to make it across the foot bridge to plan their eating requirements.

Under EVENT list you can see the October 7th race times - figuyre 45 minutes ahead of race time for launch and 30 minutes to walk over and get hands on boats - see your coaches for details
