The launch site for the Row Down is located at Portland's East End Beach. If you are using GPS, the best address to use is Cutter Street. As you come off of the Eastern Promenade and continue on to Cutter Street, please continue all the way down the hill to the parking lot at the bottom of the hill (across the railroad tracks). We'll have the parking roped off...you can park there for the duration of the Regatta and can rig your boat there as well. The launch area is about 30' away.
