New State rules:  ground stakes are no longer allowed for team tents.  $1500 fine.  All tents need to be anchored with weights only

NO TRAILERS BEFORE 3 PM ON Friday SEPT. 27

The course is closed @ 6 pm.

-Coaches and Coxswains meeting will be held at 7:45 a.m. First boats launch at 8:00 a.m.

--Passing under the bridges will be discouraged due to safety concerns but not prohibited.  It is the responsibility of crews approaching the start, not to enter under a bridge while two shells are racing under the bridge.  The proper proceedure would be to hold short of the bridge to allow the racing to continue, unimpeded.  Failure to do this will result in a penalty.
