Please check in on-site 45 minutes before your event.

This year we have added a Middle School 1k Race and a Coxswains 500m Dash for $10.00.  Please register if you qualify (see rules and eligibility). 

We are pleased to announce that we will have medals for the three top finishers in each category.  

We will also have personal best ribbons available for anyone who performs their personal best 2K or who beats their last year's Power Pull 2K record. Come to the awards table after you receive your race results for recognition.  

A photo stage will be available with a photographer for complimentary photos of all participants (medal winners will be photgraphed as soon as they receive their medal). Photos will be available within three days of the Power Pull on Rochester Rowing Club's Facebook page.

Power Pull t-shirts will be available through preorder/prepay only by February 10th (see t-shirts, etc). Order yours for $15.00 when registering before March 4th. You will receive your t-shirt when you check in on-site. We will have no t-shirts for sale on site.

Lunch will be served to those who have prepaid when registering (you will be given a ticket when you check in for lunch if you prepaid). See food & dining for the menu.  Cost is $7.00.  

If you would prefer to bring your own lunch, you may do so.  There will be tables available for eating and studying (including a quiet study room, if you prefer).  Snacks and beverages are available on-site from vending machines.
